Driver was extremely rude. I couldn’t read because the lights above me wasn’t working. The air conditioner in my section wasn’t consistent. Finally, there was no movie being showed as advertised.
To exalt the good treatment and handling of driver, Rogger Guerrero, who's a professional on this activity and takes seriously any responsibility on the safety area

No Refund Empty Promises to do better, it’s all lies and RedCoach will never give u a refund, they say contact us by email and if they respond they give you the run around. You give a honest review and they say ..happy to help…it’s all lies and don’t know how they are getting away with it. RedCoach is a horrible company and the buses smell like mold and the drivers don’t know how to drive, you will regret riding with them or asking for a refund (never going to get your money back) they like taking your money but when it comes to getting a refund it falls on deaf ears with no regard for their passengers. Good luck to those who ride with them, they could not care less about the safety of their passengers.
Dear RedCoach Again, why would I want a one way ticket to ride on your unsafe bus, I have requested a refund and haven’t yet sought legal action against your company, you are being very uncaring about your bus driver almost taking the lives of the passengers while riding in your bus, this will be my last request before seeking legal counsel, the camera on the bus will tell the truth because your company could not careless about the safety, and a bus driver that was completely out of control. RedCoach take some accountability!!
Trip from HELL, I would of given 0 stars but they want u to put one to do a review. the bus driver almost ran into the back of another car on I-75 happen multiple times I was scarred for my life, he was rude and had road rage pounding on the dashboard and screaming at other drivers... cutting cars off the road. I did not feel Safe the whole trip on RedCoach Bus... The safety of their passengers is not a priority. Called RedCoach to complain and was told there is no mangers to talk to and I would have to email them.. over a week now and no response, called the 877 number and was told they could not do anything and wait for someone to email me back. This bus service is a joke, DO NOT ride with them, you will Regret It. This whole service from ride, bus and customer service is all rude and could not care less about their customers, I Will never take this bus service ever again!!!!!
I can't believe they buy new buses but with such little comfort, the old ones were acceptable and had more space to at least seat properly. It is like literary getting into an airplane to describe how uncomfortable it is.
People want to travel. Contrary to the current Covid-19 travel restrictions. Would like for you guys to add a direct route from TPA TO MIAMI AND TPA TO ORLANDO while adding an additional Wednesday return and/or pick up during the middle of the week. Like a Monday, Wednesday, Friday depart/arrive schedule as people work in both places & having another mode of transportation is great for service & business.
On time and easy, but the bathroom was horible and driver did not let us get off the bus...
I’ve rode red coach numerous time and I’ve had an issue until now. I booked a trip back at the end of May it was cancel on the company end. I was told I would be given a refund. It’s been 3 months and nothing. I’ve called, email everything. They continue to tell me they are delayed but I find very ridiculous. Any rep I speak with tells me they I’ll escalate it but what’s the use I still haven’t gotten my refund. They were so quick to take the money but so slow in giving it back. I’m so over red coach. They don’t help at all. The customer service don’t know anything why even call. Why email no ones responds. This makes me never want to travel with them again. I know they are going to put a stupid comment telling email or call. I have and nothing was done. Over it.
No need to have an experience
IF you are in a wheelchair and NEED a lift DONT take this company. I sent in a complaint, and they are breaking the ADA law!
The one station in my city is a COLLAGE and you would think they would have tranported a wheelchair to a SCHOOL!
The ride was great but the driver kept stopping to use the bathroom but other then that is was a smooth ride. Bus could of been a little bit cleaner though.

Only slightly cleaner then greyhound ain’t nothing coach about red coach.
